Refund Policy

1. Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders are final and non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change
  • Pre-orders help us determine production quantities and cannot be cancelled
  • Payment will be processed at the time of pre-order

2. Regular Orders

For regular orders (non-pre-order items), we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items

3. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • We will send a replacement product at no additional cost
  • If replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund
  • Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting us

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions and authorization
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable)
  5. We will process your refund once the item is received and inspected

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Pre-orders
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable content

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order. We will process the return refund and new order separately.

9. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
