1. Pre-Order Policy
All pre-orders are final and non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change
- Pre-orders help us determine production quantities and cannot be cancelled
- Payment will be processed at the time of pre-order
2. Regular Orders
For regular orders (non-pre-order items), we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
3. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- We will send a replacement product at no additional cost
- If replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund
- Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting us

5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Pre-orders
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging
- Digital products or downloadable content
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order. We will process the return refund and new order separately.
9. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
